All meals are freshly prepared on the premises by our cook and her team and served in the St.Cassian's Dining Hall. The emphasis is very much on local produce and good home-style cooking. Special diets can be catered for by prior arrangement.
Breakfast is served buffet style each day. Other meals are either buffet style or hot meals.
Meal Times (usually for retreats, but can be changed for groups):
- Breakfast: 8.30 a.m.
- Lunch: 12:45 p.m.
- Dinner: 6:00 p.m.
All meals are included in our fees.
It is not possible to self-cater within the house, unless you have made a group booking during holiday periods and have arranged to bring you own catering staff.
